目的 观察秋千摆动和倒视刺激对动态姿态平衡的影响 ,探讨视觉、本体觉和前庭觉在姿态平衡中的贡献。 方法 16名受试者进行秋千摆动测试 ,秋千测试前后进行动态姿态平衡测试(感觉整合测试 ,有 6种测试状态 ) ;另外 10名受被者进行上下倒视刺激 ,倒视刺激前后进行动态姿态平衡测试。 结果 秋千摆动刺激后运动病症状明显 ,综合平衡分降低有显著性意义 ,测试状态 4对应的平衡分、策略分和视觉贡献降低有显著性意义。倒视刺激后运动病症状较轻 ,综合平衡分没有变化 ,而测试状态 2对应的平衡分、策略分和本体觉降低有显著性意义。 结论 秋千摆动刺激和倒视刺激在不同程度上对姿态平衡和运动策略有影响 ,对感觉整合机制有影响
Objective To observe the effects of swing swinging and inverting stimulation on the dynamic balance of posture, and to explore the contribution of vision, proprioceptive and vestibular perception in posture balance. Methods 16 subjects swing swing test before and after the swing test dynamic posture balance test (sensory integration test, there are 6 test states); the other 10 subjects were up and down the inverted stimulation, before and after the inverted visual stimulation of dynamic posture Balance test. Results The symptoms of motion sickness were obvious after swings swinging, and the comprehensive balance decreased significantly. The balance, strategy score and visual contribution decrease of test state 4 were significant. The symptoms of motion sickness were not obvious after the stimulation of the inverted vision, and there was no change in the total balance, but the balance score, strategy score and ontological sensation of the test status 2 were significant. Conclusion Swing swing vibration and inverted vision stimulation have different effects on posture balance and motor strategy, and have an impact on the sensory integration mechanism
