班主任的第一天很多新教师在接受班主任工作以后,都在认真地琢磨如何亮好第一相,他们或者向老教师讨教办法,或者翻阅书籍寻找策略,争取给学生留下一个好的印象。应该说,这种态度是十分可取的,也是一个优秀教师所必须具备的素质。第一次亮相的确很重要,不是说先入为主嘛,给学生留下一个好的印象,对以后开展工作十分有利。具体而言,应该说方法很多,形式不一,笔者根据多年教学的经验,有一些建议想和年轻教师分享。首先,要做好资料的收集分析工作,即把学生
