目的了解食品从业人员营养知识、态度、行为,为对其进行营养健康教育提供依据。方法采取问卷调查的方法,对6 423名食品从业人员进行问卷调查。结果营养知识得分女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(t=2.48,P<0.01)。各年龄组营养知识得分差异有统计学意义(F=3832.5,P<0.01))。不同从业工龄组营养知识得分差异有统计学意义(F=670.25,P<0.01)。行业类别各组间差异有统计学意义(F=763.25,P<0.01)。营养知识与饮食行为呈正相关关系(R=0.306,P=0.000)。营养态度与饮食行为呈正相关关系(R=0.513,P=0.000)。结论应针对食品从业人员开展营养健康知识教育,以促使其建立良好的饮食行为。
Objective To understand the nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of food practitioners and provide basis for their nutrition and health education. Methods A questionnaire survey method was used to survey 6,423 food workers. Results The score of nutritional knowledge was higher in women than in men (t = 2.48, P <0.01). Nutritional scores in each age group had statistically significant differences (F = 3832.5, P <0.01). Nutritional knowledge scores of different age groups were statistically significant (F = 670.25, P <0.01). There was significant difference among different groups in the industry (F = 763.25, P <0.01). Nutritional knowledge and eating behavior was positively correlated (R = 0.306, P = 0.000). There was a positive correlation between nutrition attitude and dietary behavior (R = 0.513, P = 0.000). Conclusion Nutrition and health knowledge education should be conducted for food practitioners to promote their good eating behavior.
