由于发生了一系列食品添加剂事件,最近食品添加剂的名声似乎不太好,消费者大有谈食品添加剂色变的感觉。其实,食品添加剂的使用在各国都有悠久的历史,它给我们带来了丰富的味觉享受。食品添加剂的定义根据我国《食品添加剂使用卫生管理办法》的定义,食品添加剂是指为改善食品品质和色、香、味,以及为防腐和加工工艺的需要而加入食品中的化学合成或天然物质。营养强化剂、食品用香料、胶基糖果中基础剂物质、食品工业用加工助剂也包括在内。
Due to a series of food additive incidents, the recent reputation of food additives does not seem very good, consumers talk about the feeling of color change of food additives. In fact, the use of food additives in all countries have a long history, it gives us a wealth of taste to enjoy. Definition of Food Additives According to the definition of “Health Administration of Food Additives in China”, food additives refer to chemical synthetic or natural substances added to foods to improve food quality and color, smell and taste as well as the need for preservative and processing technology . Nutritional enhancers, food fragrances, base materials in gum bases, and processing aids for the food industry are also included.
