随着麦考林、当当网在美国上市,中国网络电子商务企业上市和融资热度不减,近月来,团购网站“一哄而上”形成了千团百战。工信部中小企业司主持编写《中国中小企业电子商务发展报告(2009)》显示,电子商务作为重要的新兴产业,正成为中小企业“避风港”和“助推器”。使用电子商务的中小企业在全球经济危机下的存活率要高出不使用电子商务企业的5倍。在此背景之下,围绕中小企业如何参与电子商务,本刊记者特别采访了美国中经合集团合伙人熊伟铭,京东商城董事长刘强东,清科集团研究中心分析师张亚男,酷团网CEO张巍和金科资本董事总经理包学军。
