集团企业以其实力雄厚、竞争力强的特点在世界范围内广泛地出现。随着我国经济的迅速发展,企业已经成为我国经济发展的重要力量,如何争得长远发展是每一个企业面临的重要课题。集团企业的复杂性、多层次性等特点决定了企业在管理上需要面临众多方面的风险,合理稳健的财务风险体系的构建显然尤为重要。本文首先介绍企业集团财务风险含义及其特征,列举出影响企业财务风险管理的因素,进一步提出构建集团财务管理体系的原则以及内容,希望可以为集团企业在规避风险方面提供一些参考。
Group companies with its strong, highly competitive features widely around the world. With the rapid economic development in our country, enterprises have become an important force in the economic development of our country. How to gain long-term development is an important issue for every enterprise. The complexity, multi-level and other characteristics of a group enterprise determine that a company needs to face many risks in its management. Obviously, it is obviously important to construct a sound and steady financial risk system. This article first introduces the meaning and characteristics of the financial risk of the enterprise group, lists the factors that affect the enterprise’s financial risk management, and further puts forward the principle and content of the construction of the group financial management system. I hope it can provide some reference for the group company to avoid the risk.
