(OR=3.536) 、BMI>25 kg/m2 (OR=2.261) 、WHR>0.9 (OR=3.783) 和糖尿病家族史 (OR=4.322) 是忻府区T2DM患者独立危险因素 (P50岁、高血脂、BMI>25 kg/m2、WHR>0.9和糖尿病家族史是忻府区T2DM患者独立危险因素, 应采取合理饮食, 规律运动, 正确用药, 定期监测血糖、血脂和称重等针对性的健康指导措施, 从而有助于控制T2DM患者病情.“,”Objective To study the related causes of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2 DM) and provide evidence for clinical health guidance measures. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with T2 DM in Xinfu district from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group. One hundred and twenty healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Clinical data such as age, gender, dietary habits, disease history, body mass index (BMI), and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) were collected and analyzed for related causes.Logistic regression was used to analyze T2 DM related triggers. Results There were no significant differences in the drinking, smoking, cerebrovascular disease, and coronary heart disease history between the two groups (P>0.05).More than 50 years old, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, family history of diabetes, BMI>25 kg/m2, WHR>0.9, favorite sweets and carnivorous food, the proportion of the observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P25 kg/m2 (OR=2.261), WHR>0.9 (OR=3.783) and family history of diabetes (OR=4.322) were independent risk factors for T2 DM patients in Xinfu district (P25 kg/m2, WHR>0.9 and family history of diabetes are all independent risk factors for T2 DM patients in Xinfu district. Therefore, the clinical therapy should take reasonable diet, regular exercise, correct medication, regular monitoring of blood sugar, blood lipids, weighing and other health guidance measures to help control the condition of T2 DM patients.
