检索正清风痛宁注射液的不良反应(adverse reactions,ADR)及其增效减毒的文献,分析正清风痛宁注射液使用剂量、给药方式以及时间和ADR发生的相关性。归纳具有增效减毒的药物,探讨正清风痛宁注射液与这些药物的相互作用机制。讨论正清风痛宁注射液ADR发生机制和增效减毒机制,以及预防措施。为临床安全应用正清风痛宁注射液提供循证依据。
To search for the adverse reactions (ADRs) of Zhengqingfengtongning injection and its literature about the synergistic and attenuated effects of Zhengshufengtongning injection, the dosage, the mode of administration and the correlation between time and ADR were analyzed. Summarize the synergistic and attenuated drugs to explore the mechanism of interaction between Zhengqingfengtongning injection and these drugs. Discuss the mechanism of ADR of Zhengfutongtongning injection and the synergistic and attenuated mechanism, as well as the preventive measures. The application of Zhengqingfengtongning injection for clinical safety provides evidence base.
