我院自1984年3月至1988年5月选择性地对男性不育症中无精子症者、不射精者及长期血精经保守治疗无效者,进行了精道造影检查。现将资料较完整的20例分析报告如下。临床资料 11例不育症患者,年龄25～30岁,婚后不育时间1～7年,性功能均正常,精液检查3次以上无精子,双侧睾丸大小,质地均正常。双侧输精管发育正常。 3例性交不射精患者,年龄25～30岁,婚后不育时间均在1年以上,皆无精液从尿道排出体外,但有射精反射,射精后化验尿液
Our hospital from March 1984 to May 1988 selective male infertility in patients with azoospermia, non-ejaculation and long-term blood by conservative treatment ineffective, conducted a fine angiography. Now more complete data analysis of 20 cases are as follows. Clinical data 11 cases of infertility patients, aged 25 to 30 years, 1 to 7 years after marriage, infertility, sexual function were normal, no spermatozoa were detected more than 3 times, both testicular size, texture are normal. Bilateral vas deferens develop normally. 3 cases of sexual intercourse non-ejaculation patients, aged 25 to 30 years old, postpartum age of infertility are more than 1 year, no semen excreted from the urethra, but with ejaculation reflex, urine test after ejaculation
