我国居住于农村的人占全国总人口的80%以上,其中有一半以上的人全部或部分地从事农业生产。由于农业生产的机械化和使用农药、化肥,使农业劳动卫生的工作范围扩大。加以近年来农村中工业迅速发展,不仅在县,而且公社和大队相继办起许多工业,但安全措施,预防职业危害,卫生服务都没有跟上,以致职业危害没有被认识,工人和管理人员都不知如何预防,农村中的劳动卫生服务尚未引起
