近有报告长春新硷可使血小板数增多,并可用以治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜。对皮质激素耐药患者是目前治疗本病的一个急需解决的问题,特别是对需要切脾或有出血者。脾切除对成人仅一半有效,其他常用的免疫抑制剂如环磷酰胺、硫唑嘌呤发挥作用也很慢。本文对9例皮质激素全部或部分耐药的慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜患者使用长春新硷进行治疗观察,其中男2例、女7例,病程1～18年,长春新硷每周静注2毫克,直至获得疗效或出现明显副作用时止。
Recently reported that vincristine can increase the number of platelets, and can be used to treat idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Corticosteroid resistant patients is currently an urgent need to address the treatment of this disease, especially for those who need to cut the spleen or bleeding. Splenectomy is only half effective in adults, and other commonly used immunosuppressive agents such as cyclophosphamide and azathioprine play a very slow role. In this paper, nine patients with chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, who were resistant to all or part of corticosteroids, were treated with vincristine. There were 2 males and 7 females, with a course of 1 to 18 years. Vincristine weekly Note 2 mg, until the curative effect or obvious side effects only.
