通过实验探讨了不同浓度的明矾溶液对植物种子萌发的影响,浓度越高种子萌发率就越低,高度也越低,根的末端干枯,坏死,表明了明矾对种子萌发有很强的毒害作用。
The effects of different concentrations of alum solution on seed germination were investigated experimentally. The higher the seed concentration was, the lower the seed germination rate was, the lower the seedling height was. The end of the root was withered and necrotic, indicating that alum had strong toxic effect on seed germination .
