针对煤巷锚网支护系统安全性较难评价的问题,提出了“监测数据—围岩参数反分析—警戒值确定—预测分析—系统评价”的成套评价理论与方法,即采用模糊聚类方法对锚网支护煤巷围岩进行分类,在此基础上采用反分析方法获得了巷道围岩岩体力学参数,通过数值分析方法并结合理论计算获得了巷道顶板离层、收敛变形、锚杆(索)承载的数值解及解析解,确定了安全警戒值;基于监测数据运用非线性拟合技术对锚网支护巷道围岩与支护结构变形及稳定参数进行了预测与分析评价;在VB编程平台上,将煤巷围岩分类、警戒值确定、监测数据预测和安全评价集于统一的系统中,构建了煤巷锚网支护安全评价系统,实现了实时掌握巷道围岩和支护结构的稳定状态,提高了煤巷锚网支护的信息化施工与管理水平。
