一所高水平的大学必然要有一个和谐稳定的校园环境。一所大学要想真正高水平,必须将构建和谐稳定的校园环境纳入学校的总体工作之中。在构建和谐校园这个系统工程中,工会由于具有特殊的优势和地位而扮演着一个十分重要的角色,起着其他部门、其他机构无法起到的不可或缺的作用。从理论与实践两个方面深入探求工会在高校和谐校园建设中的作用,从而为和谐校园的建设探寻更宽的路径。
A high-level university must have a harmonious and stable campus environment. If a university wants a truly high standard, it must integrate the campus environment of building a harmonious and stable environment into the overall work of the school. In building a harmonious campus system, trade unions play a very important role because of their special advantages and status, playing an indispensable role that other departments and other institutions can not play. From the two aspects of theory and practice, this paper explores the role of trade unions in the construction of a harmonious campus in colleges and universities and explores a broader path for the construction of a harmonious campus.
