一、重油掺水技术简介近几年,为了改善环境和节约燃料油,我国一些工厂研究和采用了重油掺水技术。重油掺水必须采用一种添加剂,这种添加剂最初大多从国外购进,广州地区就曾购进了不少品种,如代号 Ug、TEM(H)、EME、YOLT 和“标准油”等等。广州铜材厂(下称广铜厂)是广州地区最早试用重油掺水技术的工厂之一。从一九八三年开始,我们试用了代号 TEM(H)添加剂,混合乳化油在全自动搅拌机中完成配制,其配比是:重油:水:添加剂=4:1:0.005(体积比),应用的炉子为4吨/时燃油锅炉(备用炉),42吨/炉铜精炼反射炉,8吨/炉铝熔炼反射炉,热轧铜铸锭加热炉等等。节油效果各炉情况不
In recent years, in order to improve the environment and save fuel oil, some factories in China have studied and adopted heavy oil blending technology.
