2011年1月10日,中国农业发展银行在困难的市场环境中成功于香港市场发行了二、三、五年期,总额为30亿元的海外人民币债券,并于港交所挂牌上市交易。此次农发行的债券是2012年全球首笔公开发行的海外人民币债券,引起了国际市场的广泛关注。国际投资者对农发行准主权的信用评级、在中国农业领域中的独特地位以及金融体系中的显要位置,均给予了充分的认可。
On January 10, 2011, China Agricultural Development Bank successfully issued overseas RMB-denominated bonds with a total amount of 3 billion yuan in the Hong Kong market in a difficult market environment and listed for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The bonds issued by the ADBC are the world’s first publicly traded overseas RMB bonds in 2012, attracting wide attention in the international market. The credit ratings granted by international investors to ADB’s quasi-sovereignty have all been fully recognized in the unique position of China in the agricultural sector and its prominent position in the financial system.
