2003年9月,女儿升入小学三年级。她的班主任、任课教师全换了。10月初,我见到现在的班主任张老师,她教语文课。张老师跟女儿一、二年级的班主任所说的话几乎一样:“你家的孩子胆子太小了,上课不举手回答问题。”我原以为女儿性格有些内向,年龄又小,不敢回答问题,等她年龄大一些就好了。可现在都上三年级了,还是这样!我应该针对女儿的个性特点对她进行教育,我心里这样想,渐渐地拿定了主意。
