我厂輕質油回收装置自1957年投入生产以来,由于党的正确领导和全体职工的努力,在生产操作方面积累了不少經驗,总結和推广这些经驗对进一步提高生产水平有很大作用。现将我工段的一些操作經驗整理介紹如下,以便共同研究提高。 輕質油回收装置的流程見附图。一、吸收温度控制准 (一) 瓦斯溫度(即冷却塔出口瓦斯溫度): 貧气中輕質油的含量受瓦斯溫度与饱和蒸汽压的影响。瓦斯溫度愈高,則貧气中輕質油的含量随飽和蒸汽压的变大而增加,因而轻質油损失亦大。如降低瓦斯溫度,就可以減少貧气中輕貿油的损失。根据实际操作中的体会,瓦斯溫度最适宜范围为18—20℃,这时可得到最高的輕質油收率。
Since our plant’s light oil recovery plant was put into production in 1957, due to the correct leadership of the party and the efforts of all staff, a lot of experience has been accumulated in the operation of production. Summarizing and popularizing these experiences has played a significant role in further raising the production level . I will now some of the operating experience of finishing the operation described below, in order to jointly study and improve. The process of light oil recovery unit is shown in the accompanying drawings. First, the absorption temperature control (a) gas temperature (ie cooling tower outlet gas temperature): light gas in light oil content is affected by gas temperature and saturated vapor pressure. The higher the gas temperature, the light oil in lean gas content increases with the increase of saturated vapor pressure, so light oil loss is also large. If you reduce the gas temperature, you can reduce the loss of gas in light gas. According to the actual operation experience, the most appropriate gas temperature range of 18-20 ℃, then get the highest light oil yield.
