在农村初中英语教学活动中,两极分化现象让很多老师很头疼,这无疑使英语教学陷入了被动。因此,作为英语教师,应该研究消除两极分化的策略,使每位学生都能体验到成功,发散出最美的光芒。这对于全面提高英语教学质量,也有着极其重要的意义。两极分化的原因是多方面的,要想改善这种现状,我们教师要花费点功夫。下面笔者就如何改善两极分化谈谈自己的看法:
In rural junior middle school English teaching activities, the phenomenon of polarization makes many teachers a headache, which undoubtedly makes English teaching into a passive.
