本文通过对现阶段我国企业的共青团组织建设的现状以及存在的问题进行深入的研究,结合对团组织的相关理论研究,提出了以结合企业文化,与党组织建立密切的联系,实行多元化的团组织管理、创新团组织活动方式,实现团日活动新颖化、以促进企业发展为主题开展共青团活动、加强共青团组织领导队伍的建设为主要手段的现代企业共青团的组织建设强化措施,为现代企业共青团的组织建设提供科学的依据。
