以前工艺的说明几年来,电磁钢板是用连铸坯生产的,但在最终产品表面上因有气泡造成缺陷。这里指的气泡是钢板表面鼓出的缺陷。它是钢板在热处理中所吸附的气体膨胀引起的。由于气泡的生成,这种电磁钢板在商业上作为迭片铁芯用几乎都是失败的。而众所周知,近年来低硅或无硅电工钢板已经被用作电器仪表的铁芯。高牌号材料一般用含硅2.5~4.0%的晶粒取向电磁钢板。
Description of the prior art In recent years, the magnetic steel sheets were produced from a continuous casting slab, but defects were formed on the surface of the final product due to bubbles. The bubble here refers to a bulging flaw on the steel surface. It is caused by the expansion of the gas adsorbed by the steel during heat treatment. Due to the formation of bubbles, such electromagnetic steel sheets have almost failed commercially as laminated cores. As we all know, in recent years, low-silicon or silicon-free electrical steel has been used as the core of electrical instruments. High-grade materials generally use silicon 2.5 to 4.0% of the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel.
