本文作者采用Bakar氏的引诱交配法在实验室建立了中华按蚊种株,为用遗传学和形态学研究赫坎按蚊种团内种间关系创造了条件。本文对中华按蚊种团内的Engaru株与中华按蚊的关系进行了讨论。方法是将从Koaiya、Kanoya、Karuizawa、Yomogita、Kakumo和Engaru 6个地方畜舍采集的六株中华按蚊成蚊,用人工方法饲养繁殖,以新羽化的成蚊,做杂交实验。观
The authors used Bakar’s inductive mating method to establish an Anopheles sinensis strain in the laboratory, which provided the conditions for the study of the interspecific relationships within the Anchorage hegemonic genetics and morphology. In this paper, the relationship between An. Sinensis and Engaru strain in Anopheles sinensis was discussed. Six adult mosquitoes of the Chinese anopheles sinensis collected from six local barns in Koaiya, Kanoya, Karuizawa, Yomogita, Kakumo and Engaru were bred by artificial methods and the newly emerged adult mosquitoes were used as hybridization experiments.
