为了提高磷酸铝刚玉耐热耐磨衬里的使用寿命,北京石油设计院建议采用金属纤维衬里。经我们的试验研究,成功地应用在我厂催化裂化第三套双动滑阀阀板上。这套双动滑阀阀板,在大量跑损催化剂的条件下,自80年5月4日开工到80年10月18日,共运行了169天。停工后检查,证明双动滑阀阀板龟甲网耐热耐磨衬里性能良好,衬里完整无缺(见图1),保证了催化裂化的长周期运行。
In order to improve the service life of heat-resistant and wear-resistant aluminum-aluminum-corundum lining, Beijing Petroleum Design Institute recommends the use of metal fiber lining. After our experimental study, successfully applied in our third catalytic cracking valve spool valve plate. This double-acting spool valve plate, in a large number of run-out catalyst conditions, starting from May 4, 80 to October 18, 1980, a total of 169 days operation. After the stoppage inspection, prove that the double action slide valve plate tortoiseshell net heat-resistant wear-resistant lining performance is good, the lining intact (see Figure 1), to ensure long-term catalytic cracking operation.
