在改革开放中诞生的中国工商银行,在党的十一届三中全会精神指引下,已走过了它辉煌的十五个春秋。回首十五年,我们深深认识到,工商银行能否办成真正的商业银行归根结底取决于人才,人才在很大程度上取决于教育。“十年树木,百年树人”,努力提高职工队伍整体素质,为我行改革和发展提供智力保证,真正把工商银行办成实力雄厚、资产优良、效益良好,在国内外具有较高信誉的商业银行是职工教育的着眼点和落脚点。十五年教育事业不平凡的发展历程,充分证明了这一点。
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, which was born in the process of reform and opening up, has gone through its brilliant fifteen years under the guidance of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Looking back fifteen years, we deeply realize that whether ICBC can really become a commercial bank depends on talent in the final analysis, and that the talents depend largely on education. “Ten years of trees, a hundred years of trees,” and strive to improve the overall quality of the workforce for the reform and development of our bank to provide intellectual security, the real ICBC into a strength, good assets, good returns, with high credibility at home and abroad Commercial banks are the focus and end point of employee education. Fifteen years of education in the extraordinary course of development, fully proved this point.
