目的:通过Meta分析研究IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性与中国人群牙周病易感性的相关性。方法:检索PubMed,CNKI和万方数据库中有关IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性与中国人群牙周病易感性相关文献,以OR值和95%的可信区间为效应指标,应用STATA 11.0软件进行Meta分析,并对发表偏倚及敏感性分析进行检验。结果:纳入5篇文章,6个病例对照研究,共计827例牙周病患者和683例正常对照,Meta分析结果显示,总人群中,IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性与牙周病风险之间没有显著关联(C vs.T:95%CI=0.848-1.152,P=0.882,Pheterogeneity=0.448;TCvs.TT:95%CI=0.705-1.092,P=0.241,Pheterogeneity=0.717;CCvs.TT:95%CI=0.780-1.606,P=0.541,Pheterogeneity=0.329;TC+CC vs.TT:95%CI=0.740-1.124,P=0.388,Pheterogeneity=0.595;CC vs.TT+TC:95%CI=0.856-1.694,P=0.286,Pheterogeneity=0.407)。在针对病种的亚组分析中,仍没有发现IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性和中国人群的发病风险具有相关性。结论:IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性多态性可能与中国人群牙周病的发生无关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the association between -819T> C polymorphism of IL-10 gene and susceptibility to periodontal disease in Chinese population by Meta-analysis. Methods: The literature about the polymorphism of IL-10 gene-819T> C locus in PubMed, CNKI and Wanfang database and the susceptibility to periodontal disease in Chinese population were searched. The OR and 95% confidence intervals were used as effect indexes, Meta-analysis was performed using STATA 11.0 software and publication bias and sensitivity analyzes were tested. Results: Five articles and 6 case-control studies were included. A total of 827 cases of periodontal disease and 683 cases of normal controls were included in the meta-analysis. The results of Meta-analysis showed that polymorphism of IL-10 gene -819T> C locus There was no significant association between the risk of periprocedural disease (C vs. T: 95% CI = 0.848-1.152, P = 0.882, Pheterogeneity = 0.448; TCvs.TT: 95% CI = 0.705-1.092, P = 0.241, Pheterogeneity = 0.717; CCvs.TT:95%CI=0.780-1.606,P=0.541,Pheterogeneity=0.329;TC+CC vs.TT:95%CI=0.740-1.124,P=0.388,Pheterogeneity=0.595;CC vs.TT + TC: 95% CI = 0.856-1.694, P = 0.286, Pheterogeneity = 0.407). In the subgroup analysis of the disease types, no correlation was found between the IL-10 gene -819T> C locus polymorphism and the risk of developing Chinese population. CONCLUSION: Polymorphism of -819T> C polymorphism in IL-10 gene may be related to the occurrence of periodontal disease in Chinese population.
