改革开放之后,我国的经济进入了快速发展的高峰期,国内石油的需求量也在持续不断的走高。改革开放初期,国内石油的运输结构是百分之九十由国外的船只承担运输,这种情况样对我国能源安全构成了严重的威胁。伴随着我国市场经济的建设的不断完善,相关体制的不断健全,我国石油运输企业得到了健全的发展。但是与之同时带来的是石油运输行业的激烈竞争。为此完善企业的运输安全措施、及时调整企业发展战略,做到与时俱进、与时代同步。所以要在原有工作基础上,调整现有的运输方式,不断地健全石油的运输方式,降低石油运输的成本,提高在多元化国际竞争的环境下企业的竞争力。

In the early stage of reform and opening up, 90 percent of the domestic oil transportation structure was carried by foreign vessels. This kind of situation posed a serious threat to China’s energy security. With the constant improvement of the construction of China’s market economy and the continuous improvement of relevant systems, China’s oil transportation enterprises have enjoyed sound development. But at the same time, it is the fierce competition in the oil transportation industry. To improve the transport safety measures for enterprises, timely adjustment of enterprise development strategy, so that advance with the times, and the times. Therefore, on the basis of the original work, we must readjust our existing mode of transport and continuously improve the mode of transportation of petroleum so as to reduce the cost of oil transportation and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in a diversified international competitive environment.
