目的对比去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)和米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法 86例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。对照组采用米非司酮进行治疗,研究组采用妈富隆进行治疗。记录两组患者促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、血清雌二醇(E2)等激素水平以及临床疗效,并对结果进行比较分析。结果研究组患者E2、FSH、LH等性激素水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的总有效率93.0%明显低于对照组74.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血效果良好,适合临床长期推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets (Marvelon) and mifepristone in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period. Methods A total of 86 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group treated with mifepristone, the study group treated with Marvelon. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and serum estradiol (E2) in the two groups were recorded and the clinical effects were recorded. The results were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of E2, FSH and LH in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 93.0% in the study group was significantly lower than 74.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Marvelon treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is good, suitable for long-term clinical application.
