患儿,女,5岁,以右眼自幼视力差,外斜2年,于2005年4月来我院就诊。足月顺产,人工喂养,家族中无类似疾病,父母非近亲联姻。体检未见异常。眼部检查:视力,右眼0．1,+1．00DS+0．50DC×85°=0．1,左眼0．5,+3．50DS+1．50DC×90°=0．6。眼压:右眼18．86mmHg,左眼14．50mmHg。眼位:33cm角膜映光右眼-15°,双眼球运动自如。同视机角膜映光法-10°。双眼前节检查正常。眼底:左正常;右视盘面积扩大,可达4～5PD,漏斗状凹陷,底部见放射状纤维,纤维中央由棉絮状物填充,
