对矿用动态轻轨衡的关键技术进行了研究,提出了恶劣矿山环境下高精度称重的方法。该方法采取轮计重方式,无需额外安装红外对射探测器或独立的方向传感器,而是交错安装称重传感器,对矿车运行方向进行判断。在提取出有效计重信号后,结合经验模态分解方法,进行矿车质量计算。试验表明,该方法实现了高精度测量。
The key technology of mine dynamic light rail system is researched, and the method of high precision weighing in harsh mining environment is put forward. The method takes the wheel weight method, without the need to install an additional infrared detector or a separate direction of the sensor, but staggered installation of load cells, the running direction to determine the tub. After extracting the effective weighting signal, combined with the empirical mode decomposition method, the quality calculation of the mine car is carried out. Experiments show that the method achieves high precision measurement.
