债权人撤销权是债权人对债务人所为的危害债权的行为可依法请求法院予以撤销的权利。该权利突破了债的相对性原则..对交易安全影响极大。为平衡各方利益,减轻对交易安全的影响,撤销权行使范围应以行使撤销权的债权人的债权为限.对因撤销而返还的利益.全体一般债权人平等受偿。
The creditor’s right of withdrawal is the obligee’s right to request the court to revoke the debt that the debtor acts against. This right breaks the principle of the relativity of the debts .. It has great influence on transaction security. In order to balance the interests of all parties and mitigate the impact on transaction security, the scope of the exercise of the right of revocation shall be limited to the claims of the obligees exercising the right of revocation. All the general creditors shall be equally compensated for the interests returned due to revocation.
