目的 研究分析心肌梗死无症状心衰患者接受阿托伐他汀钙治疗的效果,为临床用药提供参考依据.方法 2016年11月至2018年11月我院对105例心肌梗死心衰患者进行分析,将患者分成了观察组和对照组,两组都有52例,对照组使用常规药物治疗,观察组使用阿托伐他汀治疗,对两组的临床治疗情况进行对比分析.结果 两组患者接受治疗前后的心功能对比,治疗前没有统计学差异性,(P>0.05).治疗后,两组的该指标均得到改善,观察组的改善情况比对照组优秀,结果 存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)结论 心肌梗死无症状心衰是非常危险的疾病,临床中早期诊断非常重要患者确诊后接受药物治疗能够获得较好效果,心肌梗死患者接受阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的效果较好,能够改善患者的心功能,临床疗效显著,临床中应该进行推广使用.
