对采用二源电子束蒸发方法制作的双重绝缘层结构的Zns:Mn交流薄膜电致发光(ACTFEL)显示器件,进行了两种不同的表面保护,发现不同的保护方法对器件的发光特性有不同的影响。通过计算机模拟,其结果与实验数据吻合得较好,有助于加深对器件发光特性的研究。
