近年来,随着国有企业改革的不断深化,企业党建工作也面临许多新情况、新问题,对党员干部队伍素质的提高产生了不可忽视的影响,在一定程度上影响了企业党组织在党员干部心目中的威信。另外企业党建工作的责任分解难,工作落实难,导致有些党员责任心弱化,将自己混同于一般群众,没有充分发挥出党员干部的先锋模范作用。针对目前企业党建工作和党员队伍的现状,提高党员干部队伍素质,须不断推进企业党建工作科学化,着力抓好以下几项重点对策的实施。
