目的:调查了解军队三甲医院急诊科医护人员的心理健康状况。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对驻京部队三甲医院急诊科90例医护人员进行心理健康状况测评,并与中国军人常模和中国成人常模比较。结果:共筛查出阳性35例,阳性检出率38.9%;其中医师25例(27.8%),护士10例(11.1%),医师与护士阳性检出率比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01);除躯体化、抑郁和焦虑因子外,医师SCL-90其他各因子阳性检出率非常显著高于护士(P<0.01)。除躯体化因子分值外,医师SCL-90总分、阳性项目数、阳性项目平均分及各因子分值均显著或非常显著高于护士(P<0.05,P<0.01)。除阳性项目数、阳性项目平均分及躯体化因子分值外,医师SCL-90总分及各因子分值显著或非常显著低于中国军人常模(P<0.05,P<0.01);除躯体化因子分值外,护士SCL-90总分、阳性项目数、阳性项目平均分及各因子分值均非常显著低于中国军人常模(P<0.01)。除躯体化因子分值外,医师SCL-90各因子分值均显著或非常显著低于中国成人常模(P<0.05,P<0.01);除躯体化因子分值外,护士SCL-90各因子分值均非常显著低于中国成人常模(P<0.01)。医护人员总体SCL-90各因子分值均显著或非常显著低于中国军人常模和中国成人常模(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:军队三甲医院急诊科医护人员心理健康水平较好。
Objective: To investigate and understand the mental health of emergency department staff in the top three armies in the armed forces. Methods: The mental health status of 90 medical staffs in emergency department of Beijing First Affiliated Hospital of Peking Union Medical College were evaluated by SCL-90 and compared with Chinese norm and Chinese adult norm. Results: A total of 35 cases were positive and the positive rate was 38.9%. There were 25 cases (27.8%) in physicians and 10 cases (11.1%) in nurses. The positive rate of doctors and nurses were significantly different (P <0.01) ). In addition to somatization, depression and anxiety factors, the positive rates of other factors of physician SCL-90 were significantly higher than those of nurses (P <0.01). Except for somatization score, the scores of physician SCL-90 score, positive items, positive items and scores of each factor were significantly or very significantly higher than those of nurses (P <0.05, P <0.01). In addition to the number of positive items, positive items average score and somatization factor scores, physicians SCL-90 scores and scores were significantly or very significantly lower than the norm of Chinese soldiers (P <0.05, P <0.01) The score of SCL-90, the number of positive items, the average scores of positive items and the scores of each factor of nurses were significantly lower than those of Chinese soldiers (P <0.01). Except for somatization factor score, the SCL-90 scores of all the doctors were significantly or very significantly lower than those of Chinese adults (P <0.05, P <0.01). In addition to somatization score, Factor scores were significantly lower than those of Chinese adults (P <0.01). The total score of SCL-90 in medical staff was significantly or very significantly lower than that of Chinese norm and Chinese adult norm (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: The level of mental health of emergency department staff in the army top three hospitals is good.
