我国西部生态文明法治建设已经取得很大成绩,但仍然存在不少问题。环境执法是生态文明法治建设的重要组成部分,环境执法状况的好坏,会对生态文明建设产生直接的影响。所以,面对西部严峻的环境形势,在生态文明建设的背景下,通过分析西部环境执法现状,探索更好的环境执法路径,是回应现实需求的需要。通过强化部门合作,实现统一联动;加强执法队伍建设,完善公众参与机制等是实现环境执法保障目的的有效手段。
The construction of the rule of law of ecological civilization in western China has made great achievements, but many problems still exist. Enforcing the law of the environment is an important component of the rule of law in ecological civilization. Whether the situation of environmental law enforcement is good or not will have a direct impact on the construction of ecological civilization. Therefore, in the background of the severe environmental situation in the west, under the background of ecological civilization construction, it is necessary to respond to the realistic needs by analyzing the status quo of environmental enforcement in western China and exploring a better environment for law enforcement. It is an effective means to achieve the objective of environmental law enforcement through strengthening cooperation among departments and achieving unified linkage; strengthening law enforcement team building and improving public participation mechanisms.
