矿物原料的合理综合利用和环境保护已成为当代的最重要问题。在自然科学、社会科学和技术科学中,有关这一课题的很多研究工作往往互不通气,照例都试图使某一系统单元的个别部分最优化。对一些最重要的专业术语的理解以及对根据矿物原料综合利用所能达到的最终目的的评价,都有不同的意见。于是根据资料的见解,就会出现如下这种情况,如果把各行专家的研究结果都弧立起来看,那么它们都是残缺不全的,而只具有有限的意义,
The rational utilization of mineral raw materials and environmental protection has become the most important issue of the present age. In the natural sciences, social sciences and technological sciences, much of the research on this subject is often non-ventilatory and, as usual, attempts have been made to optimize the individual components of a given system unit. Different opinions were expressed on the understanding of some of the most important terminology and on the evaluation of the ultimate purpose of comprehensive utilization of mineral raw materials. Therefore, according to the information, there will be such a situation as follows. If all the experts from all walks of study conclude their studies, they are all incomplete and have only limited meanings.
