本文以民营企业对我国市场经济的积极作用作为出发点,站在不同角度分析了影响民营企业融资的各种因素,剖析造成民营企业融资困难的原因,提出适合我国国情和民营企业现状的融资方式和融资渠道,为解决我国民营企业融资难的问题提出了一些对策和建议。
