目的:探讨苯扎氯铵溶液膀胱冲洗的安全性及预防感染的效果。方法:将30例前列腺患者随机、双盲分配为治疗组和对照组,每组15例。治疗组术后0.01%苯扎氯铵溶液持续膀胱冲洗1-3天;对照组术后生理盐水持续膀胱冲洗1-3天。结果:治疗组治疗后细菌数、白细胞(WBC)明显低于对照组。结论:前列腺术后用于苯扎氯铵溶液冲洗安全,可有效降低尿路感染的发生率。
Objective: To investigate the safety of benzalkonium chloride solution in bladder irrigation and the effect of preventing infection. Methods: Thirty patients with prostate were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 15 cases in each group. 0.01% benzalkonium chloride solution in the treatment group continued for 1-3 days after bladder irrigation; in the control group, physiological saline continued for 1-3 days after bladder flushing. Results: After treatment, the number of bacteria and white blood cells (WBC) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: It is safe to wash benzalkonium chloride solution after prostatectomy, which can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection.
