本文以H_β线的Stark变宽测量为出发点,研究了低功率(0.7—1.3kw)条件下的电子浓度、电子温度、电离温度,并按照新的处理方式建立LTE(Local Thermal Eguilibrium局部热平衡)框架,用五种元素的br值估计ICP偏离LTE的程度。实验所提供的结果加强了Ar-ICP分析条件是偏离LTE不大或接近于LTE的结论。这对进一步探讨有关机理问题有重要意义。
In this paper, the Stark broadening measurement of H_β line is taken as a starting point to study the electronic concentration, electron temperature and ionization temperature under the conditions of low power (0.7-1.3kw) and to establish LTE (Local Thermal Eqilibrium) framework according to the new processing method , Using the five elemental br values to estimate the extent of ICP deviations from LTE. The results provided by the experiment reinforce the conclusion that Ar-ICP analysis conditions are not too close to LTE or close to LTE. This is of great significance to further discuss the mechanism issues.
