Based on an overview of the project of Guxian Hydro-junction in the Yellow River, the paper discusses the scheme of supplying water to Shaanxi Guxian Water Control Project from three aspects: the basic principles and conditions of water supply in Shaanxi, the choice of water supply and the ways of taking water in water supply areas of Shaanxi Province.
