我国的经济调整、改革已经七年了.农村经济改革的初步成功,推动了以城市经济改革为重点的整个经济体制改革的逐步开展.城市改革沿着放开搞活的路子也取得了重大进展.市场机制正在逐步成为我国经济系统运行的基本要素.当前,经济建设取得了出人意外的巨大成就,改革的势头也很好,给我国“七五”计划期间的进一步改革创造了更好的条件.
The economic restructuring and the reform in our country have been carried out for seven years, and the initial success of the rural economic reform has promoted the gradual implementation of the reform of the entire economic system focusing on the reform of the urban economy, which has made great strides along the path of invigorating the city. The market mechanism is gradually becoming an essential element in the operation of our economic system. At present, the economic construction has made tremendous surprises and the trend of reform is also very good, creating better conditions for further reforms during the “Seventh Five-Year” plan of our country .
