1978年至1981年6月间,我所中医科收治中风患者71例,其中男性51例,女性20例。除3例死亡外,经过治疗大多数患者临床症状消失,能自理生活,或参加力所能及的体力劳动。经近期、远期观察,疗效较为满意。现选不同证型的两例报道如下: 病例一、陈××男58岁,本县四街公社龚杨大队社员。患者1978年8月10日生产劳动中突然发病,经抢救病情稳定后转中医治疗。初诊:症见体瘦,神志不清,口眼(口呙)斜,右侧半身不遂,脉浮紧而弦滑、无
From 1978 to June 1981, 71 cases of stroke patients were treated by the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine in our institute, including 51 males and 20 females. With the exception of 3 deaths, the majority of patients treated with clinical symptoms disappeared, able to take care of themselves, or participate in physical labor as much as they could. After a recent and long-term observation, the curative effect was satisfactory. Two cases of different types of syndromes were selected as follows: Case 1, Chen X, male, 58 years old, Gongyang Brigade member of the 4th Street Commune of the county. The patient had a sudden onset of production and labor on August 10, 1978, and was transferred to Chinese medicine after being rescued.
