为研究脑CT检查为阴性的轻型颅脑损伤的脑电图(EEG)、脑电地形图(BEAM)变化特点及其临床价值。对近两年108例轻型颅脑损伤(脑震荡)早期进行动态EEG和BEAM监测。结果显示:无CT影像学改变的轻型脑损伤监测EEG、BEAM有异常改变达88.89%,其中79.17%为异常的θ波和δ波,伤后3天内测得的阳性显著高于3天后,P<0.01。并发现脑生物电异常变化沿受力轴线分布。结论:早期反复测定的EEG、BEAM变化是反映轻型脑损伤早期脑功能变化定位和伤情分析以及临床诊断治疗效果评判的客观依据。
In order to study the characteristics of EEG and BEAM in patients with mild craniocerebral injury who have negative brain CT and its clinical value. In the past two years 108 cases of mild craniocerebral injury (concussion) early dynamic EEG and BEAM monitoring. The results showed that there was an abnormal change of 88.89% in EEG and BEAM with no changes of CT, of which 79.17% were abnormal θ wave and δ wave, and the positive rates were significantly higher within 3 days after injury After 3 days, P <0.01. And found that abnormal changes in brain bioelectric distribution along the stress axis. CONCLUSIONS: The changes of EEG and BEAM determined by early repeated measures are the objective evidences to reflect the changes of brain function in early stage of light brain injury, the analysis of injury situation and the judgment of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
