通过无损应力测试技术分析淬火与焊接两种热作用形式下高强铝合金板的残余应力分布特点及其加工变形潜力,并试验研究振动时效(VSR)工艺下残余应力松弛特性及其对尺寸稳定性的增益作用。结果表明,不同热作用下的残余应力分布不同且对尺寸稳定性有较大影响,VSR工艺可有效降低并均化板件残余内应力,从而提高其抗变形能力,且对尺寸稳定性的增益作用优于机械拉伸工艺。
