气动顺序控制回路的X/D线图法〔1〕、〔2〕是一种图解设计法。它是根据已知顺序式,用图线描绘出整个控制过程中行程阀发出的信号和气缸动作间的关系。从图上可直接找出障碍信号,展示出排除障碍的各种可能性,从而可以确定主控信号,画出气动控制回路。所以,X/D线图法的特点是信号和动作间的时间关系鲜明,揭露障碍直观。因此,是一种通俗易懂的设计方法,具有推广价值。但是,尚有以下值得进一步改进之处: 1、虽然X/D线图能展示出排除障碍的各种可能性,但是没有给设计者指出如何使回路
