目的掌握消毒灭菌工作质量,加强医院感染控制工作的科学化、规范化管理。方法对医院重点科室室内空气、医务人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒剂、无菌物品、消毒物品及其他物品定期采样,进行细菌总数和致病菌监测。结果 3年共采样3 349份,总平均合格率为98.12%。2008-2010年合格率分别为98.10%、97.91%和98.45%。无菌物品、消毒物品、使用中消毒剂合格率均为100%,物体表面、医务人员手和室内空气合格率分别为99.07%、97.10%和95.85%。结论该院总体消毒质量较高,但室内空气质量相对较低,应根据医院工作特点加强管理,改善工作环境,增加室内空气消毒次数,延长消毒时间,提高环境空气的消毒质量。
Objective To master the quality of disinfection and sterilization work and strengthen the scientific and standardized management of hospital infection control. Methods Periodic sampling of indoor air, medical staff hands, surface of objects, disinfectant, sterilized articles, disinfectant articles and other articles in the key departments of the hospital were carried out to monitor the total number of bacteria and pathogenic bacteria. Results A total of 3 349 samples were sampled in 3 years, with a total average passing rate of 98.12%. The pass rates in 2008-2010 were 98.10%, 97.91% and 98.45% respectively. Sterile goods, disinfection items, the use of disinfectant pass rate of 100%, the surface of the object, the medical staff and indoor air pass rate of 99.07%, 97.10% and 95.85%. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of the hospital is high, but the indoor air quality is relatively low. It should be based on the characteristics of the hospital to strengthen management, improve the working environment, increase the number of indoor air disinfection, to extend the disinfection time and improve the disinfection quality of ambient air.
