目的:评价鲨鱼软骨提取物(shark cartilage activated extract,SCAE)对C_(57)BL/6J小鼠B_(16)黑色素瘤肺转移的影响。方法:小鼠经尾静脉接种B_(16)黑色素瘤细胞悬液(5×10~4/每鼠)后第21天,观察SCAE低、中、高剂量及环磷酰胺、生理盐水对照组小鼠肺部转移瘤生长情况。结果:SCAE及环磷酰胺对C_(57)BL/6J小鼠经血道B_(16)黑色素瘤肺转移均有明显的抑制作用,它们的肺校重及肺转移灶数均低于对照组,但后者主要免疫器官胸腺呈现明显萎缩,而SCAE各剂量组无此毒副作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of shark cartilage activated extract (SCAE) on lung metastasis of C_(57)BL/6J mice B_(16) melanoma. METHODS: Mice were inoculated with B_(16) melanoma cell suspension (5×10~4/mouse) by tail vein for 21 days. The low, medium, and high doses of SCAE and cyclophosphamide and saline control groups were observed. Rat lung metastasis growth. RESULTS: SCAE and cyclophosphamide inhibited the lung metastasis of C_(57)BL/6J mice by B_(16) melanoma lung metastasis. Their lung weight and number of lung metastases were all lower than those of the control group. However, the thymus of the latter’s main immune organs showed a clear atrophy, while the SCAE dose groups did not have this side effect.
