近年来,更多的国内施工企业进入海外建筑市场谋求发展,在海外发展的过程中也遇到不少问题,特别是在信息化管理方面,与国际一流承包商有着较大的差距,本文就目前的中国企业海外信息化管理现状展开分析,提出具体改进思路,以供海外项目管理者参考。
