“兵头将尾”说蒋义蒋义是石嘴山供电局修试所保护班的班长。知道蒋义的人都对我们说他是一个责任心强,踏实肯干的年青人。他1989年毕业于长沙电院,之后来到了石嘴山供电局检修公司修试所保护班。从此,也就开始了他长年在外的工作。
