建筑施工质量管理是一个系统工程,工程质量问题是市场竞争的核心,提高工程质量,必须运用现代管理的思想和方法,按国际质量管理标准建立质量管理体系,才能确保工程质量水平不断提高,从而使企业在激烈的市场竞争中得到生存发展。以下就建筑施工企业质量管理问题做了一些分析,并结合问题提出改进策略。
